What is ChenPi
Chenpi begins as the peel of the Xinhui mandarin, then slowly develops through natural sun-drying and patient ageing.
With a tradition of over 700 years, Xinhui Chenpi is cherished in Chinese tea culture and cooking as a timeless ingredient shaped by nature, craftsmanship and patience.
The longer ages, the greater its value
Aged for at least three years to become Chenpi.
By ten years, its aroma grows deeper and more complex.
At fifteen years, carefully preserved Chenpi becomes a rare treasure, cherished by collectors.
